Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration
(e.g., by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments
we have received from you (excluding delivery costs),
without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day
on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.
The refund will be made using the same payment method
that was used for the original transaction.
❌ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for the following products:
🎁 Mystery Bags / Mystery Products
Since the contents of these products are randomly selected and
the element of surprise is paramount, returns or exchanges are excluded.
🧴 Hygiene & Personal Care Products
For sealed hygiene items (e.g., hand cream, lip balm),
there is no right of withdrawal if the seal has been removed after delivery.
